Our monthly prices include:

• Very High DSL unlimited Internet access (Wifi in most flats)
• Cable TV
• Telephone hook up fee + calls to fixed phones to most countries (+ calls to US cell phones)
• Condominium charges,
• Water
• Liability insurance (the "assurance locataire" is waived)
• Linen, towels, all kitchenware provided.

Our monthly prices do not include:

• Energy bill (service is set up in all flats)

No additional fees. However:

You are responsible for the check out cleaning unless you have signed for this service. Also see our regular check in/out times below

We use an official purchased rental contract that we have translated in order to provide a bilingual version of the contract.

We are following the guidelines provided "Gîtes de France".

For a firm reservation we need a financial commitment of 150 Euros. This fee is nonrefundable and goes toward the first month rent due upon arrival. We accept the followings:

• Credit card through the secure service

(We are verified member since 2002 with a reputation number above 35 !)

• Regular checks from French banks (if timing allows: US checks also accepted)
• Bank transfer to the owners accounts (France, Germany, England)
• Western Union payments

The full amount of the first month of rent (- 150 euros) is due by check in. We accept the followings:

• Bank transfer to the owners accounts (France, Germany, England)
• Draft in the owners names carried by the tenant at check in time. (in euros, banking fees may apply if the draft is not cashable in France)
• Cash payments
• Regular checks ( French, German, British banks - only for long term rentals).

It is to be paid upon arrival. The amount varies from 300 to 1800 euros depending on the apartment and the rental period length. In some cases (short term rentals) the deposit can be held in other currencies than euros and/or using paypal. The security deposit is returned straight away at the check out visit.

Check ins/outs normal hours are 08:00 to 21:00. Arrival and departure at special hours might be possible (but an extra fee might then apply).
